Alright. We took down a regular-sized mouse, and now it's time to get spooky.

You will actually see the various horror references.

We see the Goombas with Jason masks from Friday the 13th, Vampires, Will-o-the-Wisps, and those are the American references. The Japanese versions are one-eyed yokai (those are called Hitotsume-kozō), umbrella yokai (Kasa-obake).

There are 2 secret levels that are access from this zone, and they are annoying to get to. The first one is accessible from level 2, and you can watch it starting at 6:21. Also, as a side note, you're going to need Fire Mario.

The 2nd level is in the 3rd level, and you need Flying Mario(Bunny Mario?) to get to it. You can see how to get to it from the checkpoint bell at 12:01.

The boss in this one is annoying, not for what she does, but the room. There are spikes on the ceiling.
