10Steelport is supposed to be quite nice around this time of year, so we pop our heads back in to see what's going on. It turns out that in the boss' absence, Steelport has settled down to be a rather pleasant place free of bouts of extreme, pointless violence, gratutious buffoonery, and razor-wheeled Smartcars of death. The birds are singing, the beggars are begging, and the people can roam the streets without fear of being melted down by army-issued weaponary.
Naturally this can't stand at all, so The Boss returns to remind Steelport that you don't fuck with the Saints. He's also got a new haircut, but frustratingly enough nobody asks him if he did anything with his hair anymore.
