Sakura MikuJiggle bone. Implemented through cloth collision test HLA SFM/Modeldoc Source 2.
Just bit testing it not big quality cloth but better than nothing but I wish be better cloth effect than this. Well Valve make the cloth things so secret can't find good source to learn.

This is what I got in my journey so far it will be tutorial release maybe someone can get info and make it better than me or give me advice to make it better.

Hair got diffrent limits than jacket+skirt also some other parts got own limits too. But my focus on skirt and jacket in here.
