Sam Fell wrote and directed "Flushed Away," which earned him a BAFTA Award nomination. He earned an Annie Award nomination for Best Directing for both "Flushed Away" and "The Tale of Despereaux." He worked as co-director on "ParaNorman."

Chris Butler, who did storyboard and design work on "The Tale of Despereaux," "Corpse Bride" and "Coraline" makes his directorial debut with the stop-motion animated feature "ParaNorman," which he also wrote.

Bonnie Laufer from Tribute spoke with Sam and Chris about the advances in stop-motion animation, the great thing about zombies and the positive messages the film conveys for kids and adults.
