Seems like thing keep coming through the mail. Just got the Samsung Series 5 Chromebook in the mail. Decided to do a quick unboxing in of the device. This is my first time getting my hands on a Chromebook as I wasn't one of the luck few who got the free Chromebook units from Google. The Samsung Series 5 is a super light weight notebook, at 3lbs it feels comfortable. Though its design shape make it look larger than it is. The Series 5 comes with 2 USBO 2.0 ports, memory card reader with a 4Gb memory card with the unit and an adapter for you VGA out.
Setting up the Chromebook is super easy. Yes its true it boots up in less than 10secs. Though I had to download and update which took 20mins too long. other than that. Signing in with my Google account and selecting a profile pic was a breeze and you are good to go in using the Chromebook. Which at first Glance is a Chrome browser screen.
