Samuel L Jackson recently told E! News that he wants to come back for the newly announced Star Wars Episode 7. But wait, didn't Mace Windu die? According to Jackson...maybe not. Would you be okay with a Mace Windu retcon? What about Darth Vader? What about...Jar Jar? Granted, Jar Jar never died onscreen; we only wish he had.

The script for the latest Star Wars movie is already being written and Jon Favreau and JJ Abrams have reported interest in working on it, as has Twilight's Robert Pattinson. Should they though? What's the right combination of directors, screenwriters, actors, and characters? Will Disney's say hurt or help the project, and will they try too hard to be like The Avengers or other successful modern film franchises? Does anyone believe Han didn't shoot first?
