To get Ryokusame's model, you have to destroy 33 tanukis in Murasame Castle's Nightmare difficulty. That means without counting the Takamaru-only stages, you have to beat Ryokusame Castle AND get through that first Momosame stage with the annoying Rotating Statues. My advice? Give up if you're not enjoying it.

Seriously, all you get from the nightmare of Nightmare difficulty are 4 Normal Mode castle lord models, the bear mount which sucks, and alternate rare armor, gauntlets and boots. I've only gotten the Aurora Boots which is worse than the Tengu Boots you get from Normal difficulty, and I assume the other two won't be any better either. So yeah, if you aren't a SW3 simp who has been playing since 12 years ago on a Wii and had also been super curious about playing as the castle lords for 12 years like me, DON'T PLAY MURASAME CASTLE MODE ON NIGHTMARE. It's not worth the complete chaos that difficulty throws at you.

Ahem... So for Lord Ryokusame, he has Toshiie's moveset, which is possibly one of the best in this game, if not the best. It's not as fast as Mitsuhide's but it makes up with sheer power and, new to this game, range. The special buff works even better in SW3 compared to SW2XL by having not only an attack boost, but also generates a wide range of shockwaves whenever you land a hit, allowing you to hit an enemy multiple times while also damaging anyone nearby. This is definitely the best crowd-clearing measure in the entire game outside of Murasame Castle Mode, in which the demons require charge attacks to deal good damage on. With the shockwaves, combined with his already broken musou, Toshiie's moveset can rekt anyone who stands in your way.

12:30 - Kotaro steals my Tactical Bonus
You see, you won't get the Tactical Bonus rewards if an ally steals your kill, and Xaldin's beloved Kotaro just decided to pull a prank on me when I have already messed up two bonus objectives. I suppose I'll take it as the divine punishment for me not liking Kotaro that much. Or maybe it's just CHAOS which Kotaro loves.
