Based on Dragon Ball Z creator Akira Toriyamas manga Sand Land this game brings adventure and fun tank battles in a vast desert landscape. You could play this completely hands free, but I used a physical switch for mouse clicks/shooting and other than that I used eye tracking and voice commands. You need an eye tracker, for example Tobii 4C or Pceye 5, and any microphone you can get. Then use the softwares Mill Mouse and Project Iris.

Other assistive setups could involve a Web cam and head tracking instead. Feel free to ask about different ideas that might work out for you.
