SAS Combat Simulator : Commodore 64 Review
In 1988 British software house Codemasters pulled off an amazing coup - THE OFFICIAL SAS GAME! Other games may have had you controlling GI Jim and shooting commies in the noggin, but this was the first game that put you in the green camo pants of a real life SAS Commando.
Dropped off behind enemy lines with a sub-machine gun, a knife and some mint humbugs, you have to take our British hero on a series of daring raids against the evil Canadian empire. But it won't be easy as the crazy canucks are a nefarious foe and won't take invasion on their blooded lands lightly. Using the skills real life SAS soldiers have been trained in since birth, you must single handily wipe those smug imperialists off the face of the earth and restore peace to the world. Sounds tricky? Well it's all in a days work for your average SAS commando!
