Recently Nintendo took down my "12 Super Mario Odyssey Skins in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate" video, and have also taken down other people's modding videos including Mastaklo's Goku Skin in Smash Bros. Ultimate video and Jannintendo's Volcanic New Super Mario Bros. U 2 Walkthrough video. This caused a lot of discussion on Twitter with if these claims are real or not due to the copyright name being simply "Nintendo" and not "Nintendo of America INC." etc.
