UPDATE: Shortly after I uploaded this video, I returned this empty box as per the Amazon.ca’s representative I spoke to, and got a full redund, including the extra I originally paid for 1-day shipping. Although I had a very negative experience with Springfield Distribution Canada (third party who sold this box to me) I can safely say that I absolutely love the quality of customer service with Amazon.ca. That said, I did not hesitate to give Springfield Distribution Canada a 1 star (out of 5) rating.


DISCLAIMER: Amazon.ca is not to blame here. I spoke to a representative on the matter, and although she couldn’t do much, she was extremely helpful and understanding. The only person I can blame is the scummy third party (Springfield Distribution Canada) who pulled this off.


Received this package 2 minutes before filming, when I saw the state of the box, I immediately felt something was off.
