A full-scale mission pretty much. It was a bit trickier to get S-rank on this one, with the need to balance time and KOs.

First time around, I didn't get enough KOs even though I captured all the forts in the level. Probably because I zipped past the guys in the hallways, who obviously aren't fast enough to catch a speeding ball of light. This time I erred on the side of caution and tried to fight any large groups that show up along the way.

Another thing is, the mooks are actually kind of sturdy, might be a Hard Mode thing. Fluegel has plenty of AoE, but I tend to need almost 2 full combos to secure the kill even against small fry. If that keeps up even after upgrading my characters, it might honestly be a good idea to use Combat Arts to score KOs, not just for handling enemy officers.
