Even after a very short play session I can tell that Pixel Privateers is a special game – not surprising given its pedigree (Terraria and Pixel Piracy). It's a roguelite. And, I do plan on making a full Let’s Play Pixel Privateers series; I’m certainly interested in playing more, exploring further, and expanding Schwable Company. This Pixel Privateers Episode 1 is a showcase video for Pixel Privateers, with an introduction to Pixel Privateers gameplay, mechanics, and story. Overall, Pixel Privateers is very interesting and I can’t wait to play more of it. In either case, I’ll probably play the Pixel Privateers game in my own time or with you all watching along. So, I look forward to seeing more and expanding this into a full let’s play Pixel Privateers blind series!
In this video about the Pixel Privateers game, we are introduced to the basics of Pixel Privateers gameplay and embark on a pair of away missions. Our squad returns with loot and research targets based on their adventuring. The Pixel Privateers game has us leading a squad of multiple mercenaries on planet-side missions, collecting gear, and improving their skills. Once on the ground, Pixel Privateers allows for some freedom so we can decide whether to continue exploring the planet with our squad even after accomplishing our primary objective. In Pixel Privateers you also need to manager multiple resource types, equipment, and squad powers/composition. Overall, Pixel Privateers gameplay is shaping up to be robust and interesting. So come and join me for a wonderful sci-fi adventure and let’s play Pixel Privateers.
