(unedited footage of) me playing a bit of the game after running Industrial Park's (currently WIP) randomizer. The feature was built with Spongebob Squarepants: Battle For Bikini Bottom in mind and works just fine with Scooby.

In this video, I have randomized warp destinations, sound clips, placement markers, platform speeds, timers and pickup positions. I've also given myself the springs and helmet powerups with a cheat since they are pretty necessary and it's difficult, if not impossible, to actually find and obtain them (you'd need to be lucky enough to find and be able to reach a warp to Chills & Spills on Haunted Hill 3 and Fear on the Pier 3 AND for the powerup to actually be somewhere accessible since it can be anywhere). I have no idea where each warp will take me. I somehow managed to 'beat' the game by accidentally warping to the ending cutscene!

The randomizer will be available in a future update of Industrial Park. It's intended to work mostly with BFBB but should work with the other games as well (as seen in this video).
