The story happens on an outsider planet following an apparently destroying war. The quiet humanoid hero initially stirs and endeavors to cross a no man's land called The Field[a] heading towards the approaching bastion called The Crater[a] found somewhere far off prior to tumbling down an enormous chasm into a production line called the Assembly,[a] a reusing plant that reuses living things.
