That's the new effect of the battlespell Scout.

Scout allows you to summon Harper to see what's happening on an area.
They added a new feature where if an enemy comes near it they get a warning sign.
If they come closer they will be able to see Harper and remove it.

If an enemy removes Harper, the spell's cooldown will be reduced by 30%.
Harper lasts 90 seconds while Scout's cooldown is 60 seconds.
This means you can have two Harper at the same time.
