Khajiit does not like Windhelm or its Ulfric Stormcloaks or its bitter cold. Khajiit wants to feel the pockets of every Nord in Windhelm to warm his fingers. Their willies are so warm. Their gold warms khajiit even more, like a fine skooma. Oops, khajiit got caught. Not to worry, soon khajiit will be warming his fingers with stormcloak blood.
There was not a prison made that can contain the Scum Cat. Sorry Ulfric for the... collateral damage... :)

Mango Homicide, AKA Scum Cat! is a khajiit whose only desire is to use stealth and pickpocketing to either separate people from their gold or in some circumstances to separate them from their lives.
