Released in 2009, Scythe X is third and final installment in the Scythe trilogy that consists of ten customized levels designed for 1994's Doom II: Hell on Earth which also happens to be an incomplete set of customized levels as it was supposed to have thirty two levels, the remaining twenty two being unreleased till date.

This is the fourth part of the ten videos of continuous playthrough of Scythe X on Ultra-Violence (Hard) difficulty. Map 04 (Air Cleansing) has been covered in this video with 100% kills, 100% secrets and 100% items. This is played through GZDoom source port and customized settings like crosshair, freelook, jump and crouch are enabled. These features are absent in original gameplay.
