If you grew up in the '80s, you probably have watched Richard Donner's classic film "The Goonies" a number of times. But there's an infamous scene that was cut from the original theatrical release that you might not know about. We spoke with Sean Astin at the Sharper Image pop-up shop in Times Square to hear more about the scene and how it actually makes a lot of sense considering a certain line at the end of the movie. Sean Astin: When you talk about "Goonies," it's 30-something years of people's enjoyment of the movie and the kind of fandom that won't go anywhere.
It's just there. People love it. And they love it with their kids. And then when their kids get older, they grow up on it.
