StarTropics is one of those rare Nintendo-developed games that was made specifically for the NES and never intended to be released for the Famicom in Japan.
One half RPG like Final Fantasy, and one half action-adventure like Zelda, StarTropics sees Mike off to rescue his uncle “Dr. J” in the islands of the south pacific. We've never played it this game before, but it was chosen by our Patreon Producers, and they haven’t steered us wrong yet!
