Special Notes:
* 4% Hit is the minimum requirement. 6% helps you vs Blood Elves, Dwarves, and Gnomes. 8% helps you vs Rogues and Ret Paladins. "Excess hit" beyond hit cap of your current target will help in the form of additional spell penetration (about 5 points per extra 1% hit). If you're playing with a Shadow Priest, most players think you only need to play with around 3-5% Hit. These days you see mages running around 4-6% Hit depending on the comp and streamer.
* 120-140 spell penetration is needed depending on what you're facing. Most people accept 125-130 as a reasonable baseline, but certain class combinations might make you re-gem a slot.
* Show of Faith / Sif's Remembrance may be a stronger trinket choice for you as Frost if you're playing longer games. If I was playing Rogue+Mage or SPriest+Mage I'd likely stick to Scale of Fates. Good luck with your loot this season out there!
