He has the ability to not only scan enemy health bars, stop their abilities and healing and track them with this but it also damages the enemies and is will blind them as well. This is also only his tatical and it comes with a passive to also track enemies and and ultimate that does the same. When you add this to the meta of the octane and rev pushs season 10 is about to be hit with its hardest third party lineup we have ever seen.
