This is the attract mode of the videogame Initial D Arcade Stage 4 released on the Sega Lindbergh hardware (Yellow version). This game (and obviously this system) is not emulated yet and was recorded from the original source.

There are 2 more versions of this game on Lindbergh, the first one is Initial D Arcade Stage 4 'KAI' that introduces 2 more cars to play, and the last is Initial D arcade Stage 4 Limited in which some features of the original game were removed. On this limited version they made exact replicas of the cars of the game, so you can sit on them and play inside as you were some of the game characters ^^

The Sega Lindbergh hardware security was surpassed some time ago, that means the hardware is hacked but there is not a emulator to use these games yet (and the only one that was in development stays without modifications and doesn't contain all the files required to run because it uses original libraries that will do Sega can demand his authors.
