Subject: This game is also known as Secret of Mana 2. Seiken Densetsu 3 is probably one of my favorite RPG's of all time along with the tales series and so I decided to do a playthrough of it. This can also be considered somewhat of a walkthrough I suppose as I've played this game before and know somewhat of what I'm doing when playing. We will be doing Lise's story in this playthrough.


Info: After obtaining Jinn we head back to the Rolante Secret Hideout. We follow Don Perignon's advice by having Jinn blow the sleepy flowers to Rolante Castle. When we arrive we find out that our planned somewhat succeeded as many Navarre's forces have been put to sleep though as we progress further in Rolante Castle we find not all of them have. In so we fight to drive the rest of the enemy forces out of Rolante and take back the castle.


So there isn't all to much to be said here as just about all this episode is spent in Wind Kingdom Rolante. I will say one thing though.and that is beware of the Armor Knights. Near death they like to perform Whirlwind Sword which is a pretty dangerous attack at least for a normal enemy. (They sometimes use it when you least expect it.) Before you head to the Rolane Secret Hideout, make sure you've restocked on items. (Not sure if you can leave once you're warped to the castle.) While the place itself shouldn't burn through your items you actually fight two bosses back to back at the end.

Genova the 5th boss of the game I actually have mixed feelings about. While I never found him that tough he can be quite annoying. He constantly spawns shape shifters which morph into a variety of enemies (Even some enemies you haven't seen at this point in the game.) and usually increases their attack power after spawning them. He also constantly uses those trap attacks along with cast fire magic every once in awhile. It's overall a pretty annoying fight but thankfully he doesn't have too much HP.

Ben & Bill are the 6th boss of the game and the fight with them is much shorter though that doesn't make them any less difficult. They start off combined which is the easier phase. As seen in this fight you can gang up on them not giving them a chance to do anything. Once you get their damage down enough they'll split apart which is usually when the fight get's tougher. Ninja's attack twice and with two them constantly attack can make your HP drop down easily. They also start using more of their abilities which are pretty powerful. Ironically this is one of the only fights were having Angela can make this fight more painful. If you use magic or techniques on them (Or ninja's in general I think.) they'll counter attack with a powerful move. You don't get to see it in this fight but you fight them again later. (In which this happens a lot!)
