Character: Kongoh
Chapter 3: Japan

No death run of Kongoh in Sengoku 3 (a.k.a. Sengoku Legends 2001 in Japan)
Kongoh is the strength character, but as everyone knows, strong character also means the slowest character. I started off using Kongoh first since everyone who has done this game on youtube doesn't really use Kongoh. But in fact, Kongoh is a good choice for beginners as he is able to grab hold of enemies and throw them around in any direction he wants. He is also able to do the izuna drop on the enemies with some cost of energy which most characters can't, the other being their leader, Kagetsura.

Japan stage is similar to Italy where all the common enemies will appear more than China, but the real pain comes with the boss, Byakki, none other than Kagetsura's elder brother. Just position yourself on top or below his of the screen whenever he is down, and when he gets up, move down or up respectively to him and just spam attacks on him. The trick to defeat him should more or less be the same as Okuni as well.

Since Japan stage is played as the 3rd stage in my Kongoh run, it will show Kongoh been surrounded by enemies in the Japan stage but Byakki & Okuni will suddenly appear to wipe them out for Kongoh and pledge alliance with the players, making them playable from here onwards.

Here's Kongoh's stats ranking (Comparing against the 4 initially available main characters)
Speed: 4th / 4th
Reach: 1st / 4th
Damage: 1st / 4th
Specials: 4th / 4th (His A special only can work on normal enemies, and it will miss petite enemies like frogs, and the effect can't be used on huge bosses like Phoenix, Gate & Evil). His B special leaves some gap between himself and the thrown weapon, any enemies in this gap will not inflict maximum damage.
Gauge charge: All 4 characters are the same

Below is Kongoh's final stats ranking (after the inclusion of Byakki & Okuni from stage 4 onwards)
Speed: 6th / 6th
Reach: 1st / 6th
Damage: 1st / 6th
Specials: 6th / 6th (His A special only can work on normal enemies, and it will miss petite enemies like frogs, and the effect can't be used on huge bosses like Phoenix, Gate & Evil). His B special leaves some gap between himself and the thrown weapon, any enemies in this gap will not inflict maximum damage.
Gauge charge: 3rd-6th / 6th (All 4 initial main characters are the same, inferior to the later 2 that joined the team)
