Setting up a green screen
Green screen or chroma key filming is one of the staples in the cinematographic world. Modern technology and high resolutions on recording equipment mean getting acceptable results form basic equipment is now possible!
Here I have a play at setting up a green screen and seeing what the end result is. Even without putting much effort into it you can get an ok effect. I can tell that with a little forethought and care I could get something quite professional.
You can use still footage or video for the backgrounds. If you are really clever you could use small sections of green material to create overlay images etc, really there is no end to what you can do.
