In Shadow Dancer, each time the Final Boss completes a summoning cycle, he will became faster ( look closely at his idle animation on normal gameplay). At level 3 you can defeat the boss on the 5th cycle if you are 100% optimum but it takes around 15 to 20 cycles for the boss to max out its summoning speed which is very unlikely the boss will be alive or you will be alive at this point. At max speed, you barely have time to fight the ninjas and getting the screen flooded with Red/Black Ninjas is what will kill you so the best thing to do is to "screen kill" the ninjas by forcing then off screen enough that they despawn. Contrary to what most people think, you can finish off the final boss with Ninjutsu( getting both hits) by activating it as soon as you see his head go up. Normally everything within the game freezes during ninjutsu but the only exception is when the boss uses its Fire Rain attack as it ignores the screen freeze so most will say its impossible to hit the Final Boss with Ninjutsu fully.
