In the PSU demo the E5 forest save stone is hidden away inside the save shrine. The Shrine of Worship save stone isn't in the game but this one is (just moved out of sight) which is weird as you can't get to the E5 forest in the PSU demo (Edit: Yes you can! Using a standing launch - see Eternalclaw's video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OaMrsNl6JMM).

I also move the camera to the birds to see where they fly around in the forest. You can hear Mono's voice and the colossi's footsteps in the background which makes it creepier xD.
