I've uploaded this video to highlight some of the differences you can see compared to the final version. It's clear this version was released before Team Ico had finished with it.

Some things to look out for are:
Agro seems to 'hop' over the gap at the canyons scene which was later slowed down.

Wander is alone - i.e. there is no evidence of Mono yet.

There are no falling leaves in the forest scene when Wander is passing the lake.

The falling rain scene is missing after the forest scene.

The green field is missing replaced by a backdrop of clouds so it appears Wander & Agro are walking in the sky.

The trees are missing behind the entrance.

You can only see 8 columns lining the temple of the west side.

When the camera pans out at the end you can see the cliff wall is devoid of its normal rocky texture, instead it has that greenish/white texture of the beta mountains. The landscape is also very barren and lifeless looking, more like soil than the desert that later replaced it.

The quality isn't that great as I've increased the resolution so I suggest you watch this in HD.
