Shadow Struggle
MIZUKI SHIGERU NO YOKAI BUTOUDEN
Killing Zone
Slam Dragon
Shadow Struggle:
Genei Tougi: Shadow Struggle is a 1996 Japanese video game for the Sony PlayStation developed by Racdym and published by Banpresto. It is a fighting game featuring fully three dimensional characters and character designs by manga artist Ryōji Minagawa. The game was never released outside of Japan, and was followed up by the sequel Critical Blow.
MIZUKI SHIGERU NO YOKAI BUTOUDEN:
Shigeru Mizuki, born March 8, 1922 in Sakaiminato, Tottori, is a Japanese manga author, most known for his shonen Japanese horror manga GeGeGe no Kitaro (which was originally titled "Hakaba Kitaro") As a specialist in stories of yokai, he is considered a master of the genre. To a lesser but still notable degree. He is also known for his World War II memoirs, as well as a writer and biographer.
Mizuki Shigeru No Yokai Butouden is a fighting game based on the universe and characters created by this japanese manga author. The game features 8 different characters (based on Japanese demons like Tengu, Oni, Yurei, Kaiju, Kappa, and a snow ghost girl).
Killing Zone:
Killing Zone is a fighting video game developed by Scarab and published by Naxat Soft in March 1996 in Japan and by Acclaim in both July 1996 in North America, and September 1996 in Europe and Oceania, for the Sony PlayStation platform. The game was met with a poor critical reception.
In this sequel to Sega Saturn's Battle Monsters, there are a total of 14 characters in the game, and two modes: Normal Mode which is a standard fighting game mode, and Auto Mode. In Auto mode the player selects a type of monster, making their own version of one of the seven playable characters. Auto mode comprises three tournaments, during which the player can upgrade their monster by winning battles. Unlike the 2D digitized actors and platforms of its predecessor, the gameplay is more like Virtua Fighter in terms of 3D characters, move sets and ring outs.
Slam Dragon:
Slam Dragon is a 2D fighting game developed and published by Jaleco for the Sony PlayStation exclusively in Japan on April 12, 1996.
The game features pre-rendered 3D graphics for character sprites and cutscenes and a 3D background that pans to give the illusion of 3D fighting, similar to the 1994 fighting game Killer Instinct.
The game was later digitally re-released for supporting PlayStation Network machines (via PSOne Classics) in Japan first on January 18, 2012 (published by HAMSTER) and later on October 1, 2015 (published by City Connection).
