After making my way aboard the Doctor's flagship I warped around to find the doctor until at one point I got to a room where I found a whole legion of look-a-likes, at this point the doctor arrived and told his army of "Shadow Androids" to help him hold down the fort against the GUN soldiers.
Could it be that I, Shadow the Hedgehog, am nothing more than a mere copy of the Ultimate Life Form, I need answers and you are giving them to me doctor.
When I started to go after the doctor I ran into an old ally during the Metal Sonic incident: E-123 Omega, knowing him he is going after the doctor him self, but Omega was willing to assist me and wait with his revenge until I got the answers I needed from the doctor."
To get to Iron Jungle you need to do the Neutral Mission in Sky Troops, or alternatively you need to do either the Hero Mission in The Doom, or the Evil Mission in Mad Matrix.
The missions in Iron Jungle are:
Evil Mission: Kill all 28 GUN soldiers
Neutral Mission: Get to the Goal Ring
Hero Mission: Destroy Eggman's Egg Balloon
To get an A rank in this level you need to get 28000 points for the Hero mission, you need 30000 points for the Neutral Mission, and you need 30000 points for the Evil mission.
