On one side PvP loot feels really good.
PvE looting by contrast than feels bad although I'd be interested in seeing the data on speed of acquiring max ilevel between BFA and this xpac
Lastly I think a change is in order either way, because the contrast is stark and exists even if PvE looting is "normal" by contrast it feels bad.
