I won't go back on the original deal. After all, only Deitrich can really use the spells and getting rid of those that protected the other available spells makes them available. So now, I've gotten my hands on more spells and I can go down to the basement. Pretty amazing how this AI is sitting there in this rundown apartment building and yet, no one has even attempted to get themselves into it; not even a maintenance guy.
