I think I'm going to settle on a list like this, might make a bit of changes. I originally had 2 Fillies and 3 Tam Lims, to destroy large followers with storm backup. However the 3rd copy of Filly is good enough I think in my mind to include her. The burst damage after a Nobilis is just fantastic.

Some card choices I can see being relevant: Merione, Striving Princess giving rush is okay, but is it worth the Cleaver Cat spot? Cleaver Cat has a big benefit of being able to use the dead Fillies and grants that 2 card draw although the fusion can be costly, since it's at the cost of your hand resource especially if they're fairies. Flying Mistletoe Squirrel was included over the Salvia Panther from the tempo list. Why?
I think the 2/1 storm from Windflower Tiger is more important, since if you're playing against a deck that doesn't have consistent healing, (just a deck that's not Elluvia) with the rotation of Gilnelise gone that face damage is good chip. We don't play Forest Merchant because this Filly deck doesn't really fight for the board. The 2 fairies off the squirrel does come up, we need as many as 5-7 fairies for Filly with Guidance of the Wise/Fairy Funfact.

The 2 Autumn Leafman, they are the point of contention for me. I can see myself cutting them as they only protect wide boards where you have clear advantage or a post FIlly turn. 3rd Cleaver Cat, Tam Lim, or Woodland Pest Control could be added in that case.

Filly turn on 6 is a good turn, even if you don't manage lethal you get great stats out, hopefully ending on a Leafman protect. Guidance of the Wise is important for the Filly turn but if you have to use them beforehand make sure it's important enough to lose the resource. Since Guidance counts as 2 played cards once you get the ball rolling.

Castelle now I play similar to Blast Fairy, remove the early threats. The free evo recovery is similar to Sekka, but it can be banked for later turns. The 20 followers removed is a bonus effect ontop of Fairy storm/Tam Lim. Always good to bounce back Castelle, but if you ever need to leave her on board it's not the end (barring hand). The wards with 20pp is reminiscent of those Heroic Resolve boards and they come with some slight destruction protection.

Bad matchups are Elluvia and Dragoncraft, I think the midrange game is tough against both of them. If I was playing an evolve package/Alice maybe I could grind them down to the control matchup. Right now I don't think that's happening. The Haven matchup is almost impossible if you don't open nuts by 6.
