It's MGCQ already and scuba diving is now allowed. This is our first dive since COVID. We accompanied two friends on their intro dive on a shallow reef in Anilao, Batangas. I just swam around with a GoPro Hero 8 to give you a tour on what it is like 15 to 20 feet under the sea. That's shallow compared to depths certified divers go, but that's about the allowed depth for intro divers. Low visibility because of the recent storms.
