I'm 5'3" and I am able to ride this 855-mm tall KTM Adv 390. I can ride it at stock seat height and I don't mind tip toeing on one foot. But you can lower it further for more confidence. Just don't overdo it to avoid significantly altering the bikes ergonomics and handling.
