- The only way to damage the queen is whenever she descends to crush Shantae.
- The above tactic is also one method of attacking you. She spits eggs that can hatch into moving spiders you can eliminate before or after they hatch. Her biggest attack is spreading a fire line all across the floor, which can be avoided by using the hat to float over the blaze.
- With the hat in your arsenal, you can get the Cacklebat near Rottytops' house, the one in Tangle Forest, and obtain the Heart Squid at Scarecrow Fields.
