This is a guide for completing all the challenges for the Shaving Lenny mission. After you have completed all the challenges for the Saving Lenny mission and did the high score run you can expect 368,050 score from the Shaving Lenny mission.

Completing the Chameleon Challenge
For the chameleon challenge you have to find and pick up all the disguises in the Shaving Lenny mission.
First load into the streets of hope on the normal difficulty. For the hope police officer go to the house on the side of the main street and climb through the window. Sneak up to the wall behind the police officer and take cover on it. Attack him. Once he is done take his disguise. Next make your way up to the second floor of the mechanic using instinct where necessary Pick up the knife in the kitchen and throw it on the ground in the room next to the kitchen. Take cover on the wooden crate and wait for the mechanic to have turned away. Then take him out and take his outfit. Go into the toilet on the same level. If the plumber isn't in it wait for him to get there. Take him out and take his outfit. For the barber outfit load into the barbershop on the normal difficulty. The disguise is in the barbershop with the chairs in it on one of the tables.

Completing the Suit Only Challenge
For the suit only challenge you have to complete each part of the Shaving Lenny mission without using a disguise.
Load into the streets of hope on the normal difficulty and just shoot the targets straight away, then make your way across the main street and through the house. Shoot all the police officers in the backyard, then go up to the exit and wait until the enemies stop being hostile. Then you can exit the area. In the barbershop wait for the guard to have gone near the BBQ, then enter the point shoot mode and mark all targets in the area. Be sure to skip all the animations. Next go down into the lower area and take out the police officer. Go back half way up the stairs and wait for both the guards and police officer that come to investigate to be in sight, then enter point shoot mode again and take them all out. Next go up to the second floor by climbing up the side of the building. Go to the far side of the balcony and enter point shoot mode to take out the two police officers and guard near the pool table. Wait for the guard that goes up to investigate to be at the top of the stairs, then shoot him too. Now a few enemies will turn hostile. Be sure to shoot all of them. Then pacify Lenny and go kill the last target. Drag Lenny to the exit.

Completing the Oil Thicker than Blood Challenge
The oil thicker than blood challenge requires you to kill Gavin by pushing him into the oil tank.
Go to the house next to the main street and enter it through the window. Sneak up to the wall behind the police officer, then take him out. Dump his body into the oil tank. Wait for Gavin to show up and stand near the railing next to the oil tank, then sneak up on him and push him into the tank.

Completing the Get the Mechanic Challenge
For the get the mechanic challenge you have to kill Gavin by dropping a car on him.
Throw a bottle behind the red car near the back workshop, then go up to the wall to the right of the workshop. Wait for the mechanic to have turned around, then sneak up on him and garrote him. Drag him through the door and up the stairs. Take him into the room to the right. Inside take his outfit and hide the body in the cabinet. Go back into the workshop and also take out the police officer and hide his body in the same place as the mechanic. Pick up a gasoline can in that room. Once Gavin is near the raised car throw the gasoline can under the car. When Gavin is under it pull the lever to drop the car onto him.
