Shield Wall + Ignite Warrior is UNSTOPPABLE | Warbringer Build | Path of Exile 2: The Third Edict
452IMPORTANT NOTE: GGG nerfed the Second Wind III interaction so that it no longer heals unless you consume one of the cooldown charges; this basically kills the healing interaction with the no-cooldown Warcry node for us Warbringers. However, there are definitely multiple ways to get around this but currently I've spec'd into the Urgent Cry passive skill node, slotted Efficiency into Infernal Cry, and though we're not HEALING UP anymore from these Warcries, they cost next to nothing and will basically let you play this build exactly the same (even Warcry spamming before a bossfight works with this tweak)

It's finally here!
This is my build update for the Fire Shield Warrior build I've been running in the most recent Path of Exile 2 League, The Third Edict. I don't know if this is the "FINAL" update yet, but this build is definitely capable of conquering the most difficult content the endgame currently has to offer.
As all Shield Warriors know at this point, Shield Wall is hitting like a truck and is something that can be leveraged to nuke pinnacle bosses. On this build, Shield Walls are hitting for a lot: initial 5-6ish million hit followed by just as much damage, if not more, in Ignite. When the stars align, you can get ~12ish million damage from ONE Shield Wall, including the Ignite damage (empowered by Infernal Cry, and assuming the boss has the Sundered Armour + Fire Exposure debuff).
For group clearing and Simulacrums, pretty much all you need is Fortifying Cry and Shield Wave. Shout spam as Warbringer let's us wipe much of the screen with exploding corpses, and is now actually HEALING us for a lot too on every use with this build.
I think I may try this build as another ascendancy or try a physical damage, bleed version of Warbringer next, so stay tuned!
