Via original hardware using Mega Drive II. The sound was very low and mono so it was boosted and duped to Dual mono.

It was originally thought to be a menu where developers could only reach but last year on Shining Force Central, someone eventually found a way to get into it.

What this is is all the themes and sound effects used in the game, even the little tune that plays for the ship in Chapter before the battles in its entirety, which is number 19.

To get there, you have to beat the game and go through the ending sequence to have the game reset to update the backup RAM, then either start a new game or load an existing one. After Simone has finished her last line, quickly hold Start + Down on the controller and you'll be taken into the menu.
