Shiny Kyogre LIVE after 3980 resets & my NDS Capture Card premiere - Pokémon Sapphire #2
At the beginning of the video, you can hear how I was getting frustrated in my attempts to win the last Smart contest in my old Pokémon Emerald to get the bronze trainer card for the first time in my game. I was competing in my Pokémon Emerald with one hand and was doing the resets on my second Pokémon Sapphire with the other.
It is very rare to see me record at that time, what happened that day is that I was thinking and making Pokéblocks with the Master Berry Blender of Pokémon Emerald and between the experiments and the contests it took me too long to record the last 100 resets of the day. The average number of resets per day for this search is 750, starting from the fourth/fifth day of the search.
My last video of my second Pokémon Sapphire was the one of my Electrike that I found off camera on September 30, 2018. What I did after that, was to get to Sootopolis City to face and capture a shiny Kyogre. Due to the circumstances of that time, I eventually forgot about my game from my second Pokémon Sapphire. Sometimes, I would return to see the party I had for that search and to make a trade of my Alakazam + Leftovers (Sapphire) for my Machoke (Sapphire #2). 2 years later, now with a NDS Capture Card installed by Loopy, I was able to make my official comeback.
I decided to do 3 trades that included the same trade previously mentioned to build a stronger team and thus improve my previous strategy. It was the ideal time to return to my game to finish what I started and with new goals in mind. By the way, the day after my official return, I found by coincidence a shiny Shroomish in the Petalburg Forest during my Pokémon Defense EV training.
It has been a spectacular premiere. Honestly, I thought this search would be longer after what happened to me in the Petalburg Forest. I am relieved that I found it in a relatively short time and captured it without much complication. Because it must be said, it could have been another one of my losses easily.
Surely, I will do more searches for shiny Pokémon in my second Pokémon Sapphire, but first I will be fulfilling the objectives that I have set out to do. This is just the beginning of what's to come in my second Pokémon Sapphire and in the channel...
