Shiny Regirock LIVE after 6241 resets - Pokémon Ruby
Dear visitors, I am very sorry that I wasn't able to record my shiny Registeel of my Pokémon Ruby live. I could only bring you a couple of photos of when I found it and when I caught it. I think I had just finished doing the last recording session of the day and since I had not reached 7200 resets, I took a risk and anticipated off-camera resets again. And while I was looking for wallpapers for my Pokémon FireRed layouts, it appeared to me just a little while after I finished recording. Once again, it was my fault. I took a chance and it happened. It's a shame it didn't appear live, I was going to do one last recording later. It was my first shiny off-camera Legendary Pokémon. Anyway, the capture took so long that the video would have been long. It was not the desired return, but at least, I was able to capture it and later, get Regirock live. Registeel's Nature: Hardy (neutral).
When I returned to my Ruby, I trained my Ralts (egg) and my Spoink (egg) that I had received in the last trade session between my Pokémon Sapphire and Ruby. At the beginning of the video, you can hear my laughs in the background as I was watching a Just For Laughs Gags video at the time. At the end of the video, I got up to change the video and it suddenly appeared. Oddly I was going to reset without looking but I waited to hear Regirock's cry first. I felt that it would appear at that moment and it appeared. I was hoping that it didn't show up because I was up. I wish I had remained lying down so I could have a cleaner capture of the moment.
Unlike the battle against Registeel (Ruby), this time I took my Taillow instead of Gyarados and my Marill so I could use his "Strenght" move. I think the day I found Regirock or the next day, I finished watching all the episodes of Pokémon: Battle Frontier. Regirock was the last shiny Pokémon I came across on the last day of the month.
