So this is my first random encounter shiny in gen 4! Pretty excited about it tbh, even though it wasnt my target. As the title says I will now be going for phase 3 for the blue ponyta. First one was Ferrow in LG after 15.5k, now this thing after 2000 more res in LG and then 1.6K in Soul silver/plat. Which adds up to around 19K res. Wish me luck for Ponyta bois.
