In the Diamond City Security Office, there is a weapon called Shock N Awe. it launches a devastating attack on the target area, as well as a fantastic fireworks display overhead.
Launch a devastating airstrike today! Blow your settlements to smithereens! Send that Gunner encampment straight to hell!

This mod adds a goofy megaweapon you can point at a place you really don't like and sit around a while and watch the fireworks. Actually, as a bonus, literally also fireworks, if you have the Contraptions DLC. Be prepared to sit through a long (like Michael Bay movie tier) series of explosions, the sum total of which may not even end up killing anybody you wanted dead.
I recommend shooting it down at Diamond City Surplus from the top of the Upper Stands at midnight for maximum "cinematic" effect.
