1.) Change CPU Cores:

2.) Change VRAM
Find the line GFX_VIDEO_MEMORY 0;

Change the value from 0; to -2000;

This somehow unlocks the higher graphics setting and gives the most video memory possible

Note: If you're having stuttering, turn off the ff: settings in-game:
-Turn off SSAO
-Turn off Tessellation
-Turn off Distortion effects
