This is the 6th Build Video I'm making for Torchlight Frontiers. There are 5-6 total more planned for the various classes. The video consists of 3 parts - Skills Choices, Gear Choices, and a gameplay demo:
- Part 1 - Skill Choices: 01:00

Core skills (suggested to get all to lvl 12/12):
* Poison Dart - Nice AoE + DoT skill.
* Vent: Vortex Bomb - Amazing AoE damage + stun. Heat spender.
* Shotgonne Blast - Decent cone AoE damage. Gives a passive heat dissipation bonus.
* Coal Launch - decent AoE damage + DoT. Heat spender. Get it just as lvl 1 then lvl 3-4 at the end when needed skills are lvl12/12.
* Rapid Fire - Amazing single target DPS.
* Slug Shot - awesome dmg in a straight line that pierces enemies. Nice heat dissipation passive bonus.

Suggested passive-only skills (will need 1 lvl in Rapid Strike):
* Cyclone Mode (lvl 12 suggested) - Nice "spin2win' melee skill. AoE dmg + a passive move speed synergy.
* Ramming Robot (lvl 12 suggested)- decent linear AoE damage, amazing knockback/escape skills. Does not use endurance, can store up to 2 charges.
* Rapid Strike (max lvl1 suggested) - lvl 1 at least!!! Decent close range AoE damage. Improves the damage of all Brawl skills (needed for extra Cyclone Mode dmg)
* Servo-Driven Uppercut (max lvl 3 suggested) - Decent AoE damage and nice stun. Gives a passive crit chance in melee combat (up to 20.16% at lvl 12)

With the new skills system comes the introduction of leveling up skills (before we could only lvlup passives). Each level gives a bonus to the skill and additional bonus that is a synergy. Synergy bonuses modify/boost other skills or skill paths. The combination of leveling up skills and synergy bonuses opens up the theory crafting a bit and allows for experimentation with different builds.
