4In this part, I meet Mary. She's a little blue. We also unlock both endings.
As I said, post-game I think I figured out how to solve the room with the squares. Using the 9 black squares in the middle you can have 9 little squares, 4 medium squares (made of four squares each in a pattern below) and one large square made of all of them. Though I think another clue should have been given for that to make sense.
For the medium squares think of it as this:

Where the Os make up the squares.
