L Tries Our Darker Purpose (Kickstarter Link Below)
8Our Darker Purpose is a top-down, rogue-like action-RPG that is right up my alley and finally released an alpha for me to demo. The guys at Avidly Wild Games are a bunch of awesome folks in letting me play this and also giving me a tweaked version when I couldn't access it originally. So go support them, they have seven days to raise $20,000, tell everyone. EVERYONE!
I love games like this you guys. Binding of Isaac, Spelunky, FTL and this is beautiful and creepy and I love it too. I really want to see this made and spend another 200 plus hours on this like I did Isaac. Plus as I've said, the devs are really cool folks, even answering some questions I had so I could better explain some in game concepts (which I did as best I could with a brain made of cotton wool). When the devs are this nice, you just want them to succeed. I want this to do well which is why I made a video while sick. Any support this gets them will be worth not being able to talk for a day or two.
