The shorts are scared of the courts AMC share count and they're desperately trying to stop it!
Allegheny has written to the courts begging them not to get 'sidetracked', allegheny believe that only a minority of shareholders believe in synthetic shares, and says that the courts should NOT hold a real AMC share count/investigate synthetics.
Allegheny have exposed their true colours, working for the shorts, as a real share count including synthetics is EXACTLY what we need.
