I have more good days than bad but today was particularly rough. I try not to film others so I intentionally arrived 30min early to film but this kind man was setting up the equipment for the instructor.

It was just us in the room and this wholesome exchange happened. The @lvacgram #gym has saved my life for 8yrs not just the staff but members too ❤️

Not gonna lie I cried during the #workout and he kept glancing at me as if he wanted to reach out more. 😭
